The program is an exclusive fully-funded opportunity to empower Egyptians and non-Egyptians with the skills needed to start their freelancing career, provided by the International Labour Organization, through its PROSPECTS programme in Egypt, in collaboration with Udacity.

The PROSPECTS partnership was launched by the Government of the Netherlands and brings together the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF), and the World Bank.The partnership focuses on three main pillars: education and learning, employment with dignity, and protection and inclusion. By addressing these key areas, PROSPECTS aims to foster social and economic development in regions affected by forced displacement.
